Orders
After placing an order, customers may be contacted for confirmation. Veridan may cancel or hold an order if customer details are incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Customers are responsible for receiving and paying for confirmed orders.

Shipping
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on city and courier availability. Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, weather, or high order volume.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or wrong items, according to our Return and Refund Policy.
